Nova Profile

Achieving desired outcomes in personal interactions requires awareness of self and of others. An intentional personal image is part of that, and the Nova Profile completes the picture. Nova is an innovative tool that complements and expands on psychometric assessments such as DISC and Myers-Briggs.

Through a Nova assessment, we will illuminate your behavioural preferences, skills, psychological type, and—crucially—your motivation. You will then receive education and coaching to achieve your desired outcomes in interpersonal interactions. Most powerfully, you will learn how to integrate Nova’s insights into a holistic personal image.

During our collaboration, Michelle introduced me to the Nova Profile for interpersonal communication training. Through this method, I gained profound insights into my personality and communication preferences. More importantly, Michelle adeptly integrated these insights into my image, ensuring that the way I present myself to the world is a true reflection of who I am. This has been instrumental in both my personal and professional interactions.
